 ማስረጃዎች ወደ ፒዲኤፍ/pdf/ በመቀየር በአንድ ፋይል በማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
 የምዝገባ ቀን  ፡ ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጅምሮ ለ5 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ብቻ፡፡
