1 – Junior Analyst
Qualification: BA Economics/BA in
Marketing or relevant field
Experience: One (1) year
Job
Description
Collect, interpret, analyze data
results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and
other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data
systems.
Fulfill administrative requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Inform management any risks related with projects on time.
Build an awareness of market trends and key competitors’ activities
Build and maintains strong professional relationships with peers in the team
and from the client.

Position
2 – Human Resources Analyst
Qualification: BA Degree in Management,
Public Administration, Human Resource Management
Experience: Two (2) years
Job
Description:
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to
recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with
employment laws and regulations.
Assess results from employee performance reviews
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones,
and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for procedures and
activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to
attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to
address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

3 – Junior Accountant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Finance
Experience: Zero (0) year
Job
Description
Post and process journal entries to
ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other
financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial
guidelines.
As needed, assist with the review of expenses, payroll records, and so on.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate
and immediately available when needed.
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.

Position
4 – Accountant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Finance
Experience: One (1) year
Coordinate store and control daily
generated stock movements
Prepare monthly financial reports
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
Provide any input to finance which is relevant to decision making
Implementing compliance to ERCA and other tax related items
Prepare and follow up payment Transfers and collecting Advices, statements,
invoices, advance payments and other related documents.
Ensuring all cash receipts are collected and attached to the respective
documents before providing the cheque.
Ensuring all payment documents are properly filled and support for smooth audit
trials.

Position
5 – Senior Accountant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Finance
Relevant Experience: Three (3) years
Job
Description:
Maintains accounts or supervises
subordinates in such accounting activities as cash sales, credit sales, CRV,
receivable and collection.
Prepares financial statement, payroll calculation, reconciliation bank
statement, vender ledger with payable accounts and stock balance with
subsidiary ledger;
Prepare statements reflecting appreciated and depreciated values;
Monitors all subordinates are doing the duties efficiently and effectively;
Conducts financial investigations into such matters as high overhead costs,
suspected fraud, abnormally high inventory, use of working capital and
deviations from predicted or budgeted profit;
Provides advice on matters related to accounts;
Develops, installs, and maintains budgeting systems to control expenses;
Conducts periodic inventories to keep records current;
Performs other related duties as required.

Position
6 – Finance Head
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and Finance
Experience: Six (6) years
Job
Description:
Ensuring monthly finalization/closing
of the accounts
Ensuring books are maintained accurately and in compliance with IFRS, internal
policies and Ethiopian tax laws.
Analyzing the monthly results and variances between the Budget and Actual
results
Roll out the various financial policies and procedures and ensuring statutory
compliances
Ensures that transactions are coded, analyzed and recorded in peach tree
accounts on time.
Follows up the preparation for all payments, authorizes payments as per the
company policy.
Reconcile bank accounts to Peach tree recording.
Reconcile Balance sheet and income statement accounts and maintain the
reconciliation files.
Ensuring effective internal financial controls
Supporting the Company’s Finance team
Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Salary: Negotiable
Manufacturing experience is advantages.
